New York wants to govern Iowa and Missouri — we're suing to stop it cold

Iowa and Missouri filed a federal lawsuit challenging New York's greenhouse gas reporting requirement for fuel suppliers. The states argue the rule improperly targets out-of-state fuel producers. New York's regulation requires reporting of emissions associated with fuels sold in the state.
