Azimut Expands Bet on Turkey With Asset Manager Acquisition

Azimut Holding SpA agreed to acquire Yapi Kredi Portfoy Yonetimi AS, a Turkish asset management firm. The transaction will make Azimut the largest private portfolio manager in Turkey based on assets under management. Financial terms were not disclosed in the announcement.
