Khanna: Call to Arrest Netanyahu 'Not Talking About Americans Who Are Subject to Our Own Law'

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) said on CBS's "The Takeout" on Tuesday that people in U.S. jurisdiction with International Criminal Court arrest warrants should not be allowed to operate freely. Khanna stated the policy would not apply to Americans because they are subject to U.S. law. The ICC issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in November 2024.
