Drink-spiking defense: New bracelet aims to expose drugs with a drop of your cocktail

A student developed an electromagnetic sensor worn as a bracelet that detects benzodiazepines in alcoholic beverages. When activated by placing a drop of liquid on the device, it sends an alert through an associated app and shares the wearer's location with a designated safety network.
