Elevate Campuses Said to Launch $267 Million India IPO in August

Elevate Campuses Ltd., backed by Hillhouse Investment Management Ltd., is preparing to launch a 25.55-billion rupee initial public offering valued at approximately $267 million in August, according to people familiar with the matter. The offering would make Elevate Campuses India's first listed operator of student dormitories.
