Hugging Face Has a Deepfake Nudes Problem

Researchers tested image editing models available on Hugging Face and found they could generate explicit deepfake images. Hugging Face, a platform hosting machine learning models, does not currently restrict such uses through its content policies. The researchers documented over 1,000 prompts showing explicit image generation requests made by users on the platform.
