Domicile Isn't a Real Argument For Citizenship Says Wydra

The US Supreme Court upheld birthright citizenship in a decision that rejected proposed restrictions on the practice. Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch dissented. Thomas wrote that national citizenship was derivative of state citizenship and that citizenship required domicile. Elizabeth Wydra, president of the Constitutional Accountability Center, discussed the ruling.
