Josh Pastner, UNLV men's basketball coach, offered ownership of the UNLV Runnin' Rebels for $10 to $12 million. The offer price represents a lower cost than acquiring an NBA franchise in Las Vegas. Pastner's offer included operational control of the basketball program.
