11 People Charged with Deaths of 7 Migrants Locked in Rail Car near Texas Border

Eleven individuals were indicted by the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas in connection with the deaths of seven migrants found in and near a rail car in 2025. Six migrants were found dead inside the rail car near Laredo, Texas, in May. The seventh was found dead near train tracks in San Antonio.
