Wildfires displace more than 250,000 in France, threaten famed wine region

The Gironde fire in France has burned 162 square miles as of the report date, with 2,500 firefighters and 1,500 soldiers deployed to combat the blaze. The fire is advancing toward the Bordeaux region. More than 250,000 people have been displaced by wildfires in the area.
