Chicago Teen Just Out of Juvie Jail Charged with Killing His 13-Year-Old Accomplice During Car Heist

A 17-year-old Chicago resident was charged with shooting and killing a 13-year-old during a car theft approximately two hours after his release from county juvenile detention, according to prosecutors. The two were allegedly stealing a vehicle together when the shooting occurred. The Cook County State's Attorney's Office filed the charge.
