GOP Rep. Bacon: I Won't Vote for Supplemental Without Return of Troops to Poland, Baltics

Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE) stated on C-SPAN's "Ceasefire" broadcast Friday that he will not vote for a supplemental spending bill without a public order directing the return of American troop presence to Poland and the Baltic region. Bacon did not complete his explanation on the broadcast.
