Rockstar workers push to unionize ahead of GTA VI’s launch

Rockstar Games workers have submitted a request for voluntary recognition of the IWGB Game Workers Union, according to a union press release. The request comes after Rockstar laid off more than 30 employees in 2024. The union has not disclosed the total number of Rockstar workers it represents or the outcome of the recognition request.
