The Supreme Court Gets Birthright Citizenship Right
Tuesday, June 30, 2026
The Fourteenth Amendment states that all persons born in the United States and subject to its jurisdiction are citizens. Wong Kim Ark in 1898, which affirmed citizenship for children born to non-citizen parents in the country.
