CNN host admits he was wrong to say illegal immigrant voting 'never happens' after New Jersey error

Michael Smerconish, a CNN host, stated he was incorrect in previously claiming that noncitizen voting never occurs. New Jersey revealed that a software error resulted in 6,600 noncitizens being registered to vote in the state.
