Man accused of raping three underage girls faces new charge from prison

Imarr Finley, who is accused of raping three underage girls in Harrisburg, was charged with vandalism after allegedly breaking a window at Dauphin County Prison. Finley is currently detained at the facility. The vandalism charge was filed following the alleged window damage.
