Appeals court revives lawsuit by Alaska Airlines flight attendants fired after opposing Pride message

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that a lawsuit by two former Alaska Airlines flight attendants may proceed. The flight attendants alleged they were fired after opposing a company Pride message. The court found the employees presented sufficient evidence to support their religious discrimination claim. The case will return to a lower court for further proceedings.
