Burnham plans to work some days in Manchester as PM

Keir Starmer has said he plans to establish a Number 10 unit in Manchester and work there on some days if Labour wins the next general election. The current Labour leader made the commitment while discussing his plans for devolution and regional investment. Manchester is the largest city in the North West region of England.
